Where is my order?

To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our team, as well as comply with both government and WHO guidelines on social distancing, we have taken measures to limit the number of staff working in our warehouse.

Due to restrictions in place, orders can take up to 14 days to arrive but please be aware we’re working hard to get this to you as soon as possible.

How do I know whether I am Light/Medium or Medium/Dark?

We suggest the Light/Medium shade if you have cool toned skin with pinky undertones which tends to burn easily in the sun. If you have a more olive or darker skin tone and tan easily, we would suggest using Medium/Dark.

How long will my tan last?

Our products have been developed to last up to 7 days on the skin, and to fade like a natural sun tan.

Can I suntan whilst wearing Tan-Luxe?

Yes, Tan-Luxe can be applied the night before suntanning, and mixed with a moisturiser or aftersun. However our products do not contain an SPF, and should not be mixed with an SPF as it may affect the quality of your sun protection.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

We can’t comment on a case by case basis when it comes to skin sensitivity, so we always advise to carry out a patch test before use. All our products are formulated without harsh chemicals of concern, and they’re non-comedogenic.

Which products should I NOT mix The FACE with?

We’ve designed The FACE to integrate into your existing skincare regime, however products containing Vitamin A or acids will break down your tan more quickly, and can cause a patchy application.

Can I use The BODY on my face?

We’ve formulated The BODY with our caffeine rich Cellutone complex to improve the look and feel of skin’s firmness, therefore we wouldn’t recommend using on your face.

Do you provide testers?

At this point, no. However feel free to email or DM us on Instagram for advice on which shade to choose, or any other product specific questions. You can also try out in store at Space NK, Selfridges, Ulta Beauty and Sephora.

What’s the shelf life of your products?

Our products last one year opened and two years unopened.

Do you test on animals?

Of course not, we know that bunnies would much rather be hopping about in the wild than using self-tanning products!

Are your products vegan?

Some of our products contain Hydrolysed Silk which is animal-derived. However we’re working hard to ensure all our products are totally vegan by April 2020. A full list of our current vegan products are:

Can I use Tan-Luxe when pregnant?

Although there are no proven signs that self tan can harm a mother or her unborn child, we advise to avoid tanning during the first trimester. We recommended to seek your midwives advice prior to tanning if you’re feeling nervous.
