All promotional orders are subject to a delivery time frame of up to 14 days, as our warehouse is currently processing a very high volume of orders. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, along with your tracking details from DPD.

At the moment we deliver to mainland USA and the UK. We’re working to expanding this in future. If you live somewhere else, and absolutely cannot wait, you may contact us with your location and our support team will be happy to advise on our nearest retailer.

RETURNS


If you need to return your Tan-Luxe order, you may return any unopened product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.

If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us on: [email protected]

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to you on the original method of payment within 14 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Additionally, contact your credit card company, it may take up to 14 working days before your refund is officially received.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: [email protected]
