We are taking the ever-developing situation regarding COVID-19 very seriously here at Tan-Luxe. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our team, as well as comply with both government and WHO guidelines on social distancing, we have taken measures to limit the number of staff working in our warehouse.
Please be aware that we are currently unable to ship to Europe as a result of Coronavirus. For more information, please refer to the shipping locations section below.

We offer Free Standard Delivery to the UK and Northern Ireland, please allow up to 7 working days from the order being received.
For International orders, please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery, from the order being received. Please be aware, we no longer ship to Canada and Australia currently. To shop Tan-Luxe from these locations, please visit Sephora.
Please be aware that from the 22nd December 2020 – 4th January 2021, your order will take approximately 14 days to be shipped due to a reduced workforce over the Christmas period.
Additionally, due to restrictions placed as a result of Coronavirus, we are unable to ship to Europe (including Republic of Ireland) at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. We are unfortunately unable to give a timescale on when this shipping option will be available again so please continue refer back to our shipping page for future updates.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Tan-Luxe order, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.
If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us on: firstname.lastname@example.org
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return,we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to you on the original method of payment within 14 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
