We are taking the ever-developing situation regarding COVID-19 very seriously here at Tan-Luxe. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our team, as well as comply with both government and WHO guidelines on social distancing, we have taken measures to limit the number of staff working in our warehouse.
Thanks to the hard work of our amazing warehouse team, delivery dispatch is currently running on schedule; 3-5 days in the UK and 7-10 days for international orders. However, at present, we are unable to fulfil orders placed from New Zealand, Australia and Italy due to new restrictions. We will continually check in for updates and will resume shipping again as soon as we can!

We offer Free Standard Delivery to the UK and Northern Ireland, please allow up to 5 working days from the order being received.
For International orders, please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery, from the order being received.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Tan-Luxe order, you may return any product in its original condition for a full refund within 14 days from delivery.
If the product you receive is damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered, please contact us on: firstname.lastname@example.org
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return,we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to you on the original method of payment within 14 days.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: email@example.com
